As we age we all want the same thing – to feel young. But as gravity takes over this can sometimes be hard to do. It’s a well known fact that when we get older our bodies will age. A stressful life – which seems to be unavoidable for most of us – can add to the aging process. Couple that with the fact that our bone mass and muscle tone decline with age, giving way to frailty and fracture, it seems like our bodies are doomed to go downhill. But there are ways, according to Fitness Magazine, that we can take control of our bodies and minds to help us feel and look young – even when age tries to bring us down.
